How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, carry out conflict screening and assess whether your matter falls within our services. We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, provincial privacy legislation such as Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
